One Guru One FamilyUnited we stand, divided we fall!

The ultimate tool of Maya is to create differences among devotees. She knows that as long as devotees share a strong bond of love it is very difficult to make them fall. The devotees are protected as long as they are united. When a Sanga is internally united then the collective spiritual potency of the group is so high that even if an individual’s spiritual energy gets low and he happens to fall, the collective energy uplifts him. In an ideal Sanga, all devotees are ready to embrace each other’s good qualities and are always enthusiastic to appreciate even the easiest and simplest service done by any member for the pleasure of Hari, Guru, and Vaishnavas. 
But, when an internal gap is created among devotees then the protective shield is broken. Then everybody has to fight with Maya single-handedly which is extremely difficult. The services should not be done in a competitive spirit but in the most unassuming manner. We should not take credit for what the Lord is making us do by using us as instruments. If the competitive spirit is not checked in its infancy then it grows into a strong feeling of envy and even contempt. When the gap increases then we fail to appreciate each other’s good qualities and we simply remain obsessed with our own achievements, talents, qualities, abilities, and praises. Had it been a material Sanga, it would not have resulted in a great loss. But when this happens in a devotees’ Sanga then the sweet fragrance of devotees’ elevating association turns into a repugnant odor of jealousy and faultfinding, and everyone loses taste in pure bhakti in the end. 
In Kali Yug, achievement of inter-Sanga unity is quite a huge task. Even if intra-Sanga unity is achieved, then that is also extremely commendable. A Sanga maybe very small. But within a small Sanga also Maya leaves no stone unturned to somehow or the other break it apart. This is a very serious problem. Shrila Bhaktisiddhant Saraswati Thakur Prabhupad got extremely disturbed due to such differences among his disciples and he decided to leave this planet 10 years earlier. The first and foremost offering that all disciples can give to their Guru is to nurture a strong feeling of love and respect for each others as ‘one’ family. Those who are keen on dividing this ‘one’ family into multiple subfamilies are not disciples but enemies of Shri Guru. 
Guru cannot be served exclusively or separately. Serving the dedicated servants of Shri Guru is also the service of Shri Guru. The love which we have for our godbrothers and godsisters truly reflects our love for Shri Guru. And the love and respect that we have for Shri Guru reflects our love and respect for Nitai. In short, the love which we have for our godbrothers and godsisters reflects the love which we have for Nitai. (A=B, B=C; A=C) Therefore, for the satisfaction of Shri Guru and Nitai, for saving ourselves from a fall, and for setting an example for all, let us together build the best Sanga in this world where there is no envy, competition, hatred, and fear of partition. Only love, care, and appreciation for each other. Joy Nitai.
