Most Forgiving Master and Adi Guru

:hibiscus: From a mixture of milk and water, a Hansa (swan) drinks only milk and leaves the water.

And Nitai is Param-Hansa Shiromani. (69th name from 108 names of Nitai written by Shrila Nitaipreshthji Gurudev)

This means He is the topmost ignorer of all your bad qualities and disqualifications. He just accepts whatever little goodness is there in you and bestows upon you His boundless mercy based on that tiny goodness.

:hibiscus:O Nitai, you may fulfill all my desires. Or all my desires may remain unfulfilled. My only prayer to You is “keep me engaged in your devotional service till the end of my life without any expectation of wish fulfillment”.

:hibiscus: My major realisation of recent Navadvip Yatra with Nitai Sena was:

“I miss Ekachakra!!!!!!! Take me back!”

:hibiscus: Nitai Bhakti aisi karo ki Guru ko aap pe naaz ho.
Aur Guru Bhakti aisi karo ki Nitai ko aap pe naaz ho.

:hibiscus: It is true that in this age of Kali it is extremely difficult to find a real Guru. However, it is also true that when a disciple is ready, a Guru appears automatically. But the problem is that in this Kali Yuga, people themselves fail to become genuine seekers of a genuine Guru. It is a hopeless situation. That is why there is an urgent need to spread Nitai’s name all over. Nitai acts as the best Guru of even those who are not seeking any real spiritual progress.

To sum,

For genuine seekers, a genuine Guru appears.
For ignorant fools, Adi-Guru Nitai appears.

How to Attain Lord’s Mercy?

🌷 How can one attain the Lord’s mercy?

“If we do not transgress against the true servants of Hari who are constantly engaged in His service but follow in their footsteps, then we can attain the Lord’s mercy. Only by the Vaiṣṇavas’ mercy can one attain the mercy of Hari. If the Vaiṣṇavas are displeased, then no one can attain fortune. This is especially true of the spiritual master. Without pleasing the spiritual master one cannot attain the Lord’s mercy.”

(By Shrila Bhaktisiddhant Saraswati Thakur Prabhupad)

🌷 “Even weak-hearted but simple-minded humble practitioners of devotional service are qualified for the Lord’s compassion, whereas proud, crooked people are punishable because they cheat.”

(By Shrila Bhaktisiddhant Saraswati Thakur Prabhupad)

Surrender and Love for Sri Guru

🌷  Devoid of any false ego and pride, one who is fully surrendered to Guru, Vaishnav, and Nitai, is truly a Mahatma and is worshipable for everyone.
🌷  May I become supremely fortunate by receiving the association and service of fully surrendered Nitaibhakts.
🌷 Catch hold of Guru and Nitai’s lotus feet so tightly that even if you are kicked away, you still remain clinging to them. If they apparently push you away it is for your own highest welfare. If you also push them away in return then it is your greatest loss.
🌷  When one possesses a favorable mood of surrender and love for Sri Guru, then one’s Sadhana and remembrance during one’s Sadhana naturally become effortless and spontaneous.

Real Happiness is in Nitai Seva

:hibiscus:If I have no desire to serve and spread Nitai’s name then that implies I have no true devotion to Nitai. That means my Nitai Bhakti is hollow and fake. Bhakti means devotional SERVICE. I wish I get a drop of inclination to serve Nitai from the ocean of Nitai Seva-bhav, Shrila Nitaipreshthji Gurudev.
:hibiscus:Those who are getting a chance to serve the Mission of Nitai, they are the most fortunate souls of this entire creation.
:hibiscus: I don’t know how a fallen soul like me got a chance to be a part of this glorious mission of Nitai led by the commander-in-chief Shrila Nitaipreshthji (Nitai’s dearest) Bhaktiratna (Jewel of Devotion) Sadhu Maharaj.
:hibiscus:O Nitai, if You wish, then give me great pains and sufferings (as I know I deserve it) but never bewilder my intelligence in such a way that I drift away from Your shelter, Your Mission, and the lotus feet of Shrila Gurudev.

Nitai Bhakti is Unique!

:hibiscus: We know that Nitai is Guru, Vaishnava and Bhagvan combined. We all know that. Shri Guru Bhakti Bhakta Bhagvanta. So He is bhakta also, He is guru also and He is bhagvan also. And Krishnadas Kaviraj Goswami, when he begins writing Chaitanya Charitamrita, in the very first chapter of Chaitanya Charitamrita, Adi Lila, he glorified Guru, Vaishnavas and Bhagvan. And after glorifying all three, what did he say? He said,

granthera ārambhe kari ‘maṅgalācharaṇa’
guru, vaiṣṇava, bhagavān,—tinera smaraṇa
tinera smaraṇe haya vighna-vināśana
anāyāse haya nija vāñchhita-pūraṇa
(Sri Chaitanya-charitamrita: Adi-lila, 1.20–21)

So Krishnadas Kaviraj Goswami is writing one very important thing. He is saying I have glorified all three, Guru, Vaishnavas and Bhagvan. It is not possible to glorify all the Vaishnavas as we don’t even know about most of them. Vaishnavas are unlimited. Ananta koti Vaishnava-vrinda ki Jaya! So how is this possible? I mean he is also writing the glories of remembering Guru, Vaishnava and Bhagvan, together. He is saying you have to remember all three. Guru, Vaishnavas and Bhagvan. And he is saying if you remember all three, then what will happen? tinera smaraṇe haya vighna-vināśana. All your obstacles will be removed. Any kind of obstacles you are having in bhakti, in material life, in spiritual life, any life, this life, after life, all obstructions, all problems, will be removed by remembering Hari, Guru and Vaishnavas. And anāyāse haya nija vāñchhita-pūraṇa. and quickly, instantly, without any effort all your desires will be fulfilled spontaneously, you know, naturally all your desires will be fulfilled simply by remembering Hari, Guru and Vaishnavas. You don’t need to do anything. Krishna also says in Bhagawad Gita that if you are remembering Me, Me means Hari, Guru and Vaishnavas, then I will provide everything that you lack and will preserve everything that you have.

ananyāś cintayanto māḿ ye janāh paryupāsate
tesāḿ nityābhiyuktānāḿ yoga-ksemaḿ vahāmy aham
( Bhagavad Gita 9.22)

If you remember Me, then I will provide everything that you lack and will preserve that you have. And as far as Gurus are concerned, Krishnadas Kaviraj Goswami is saying one is Shiksha Guru, one is Diksha Guru, one is Chaitya Guru, internal Guru, external Guru, but we know Nitai is Guru of all Gurus. The internal Guru, the Chaitya Guru is Nitai’s son, Virchandra, who is the disciple of Jahnva Mata, Ananga Manjari, who is the wife of Nityananda Ram. Internal Guru, and the external Guru has always to be perceived as manifestation of Nityananda Prabhu. It is written by Srila Prabhupada in the commentaries of the first chapter of Adi Lila of Chaitanya Charitamrita. So internal Guru, external Guru, every Guru is Nitai only ultimately. And Vrindavana Das Thakur is mentioning in Chaitanya Bhagavata that Nitai is Vaishnava Dhama. It is impossible to remember all our Vaishnavas. It is beyond our capacity to even know who all are all the Vaishnavas. We don’t know all the Vaishnavas. But it is easier to remember all of them by doing NITAI VAYULEKHAN as Nitai is the sum total of all Vaishnavas!

And the third one – Bhagwan. When we talk of Bhagvan, Nitai is the most merciful Bhagwan who does not consider any fault, any fall down, any mistake, any anartha, any desire for sense enjoyment, any material desire. He is the most merciful Bhagwan. He is the abode of all Vaishnavas. And He is the Guru of all Gurus. Simply by doing Nitai Vayulekhan, you can remember all three as a shortcut, the greatest shortcut, and all your obstacles will be removed. haya vighna-vināśana. haya nija vāñchhita-pūraṇa. All your desires will be fulfilled. So Nitai Vayulekhan is the greatest benediction for all living entities as per Chaitanya Charitamrita.

To sum, the ultimate perfection for all living entities is to remember Hari, Guru and Vaishnavas, and the safest, easiest and the fastest method of constantly remembering Hari, Guru and Vaishnavas is to constantly do Nitai Vayulekhan. Joy Nitai Vayulekhan! Joy Nitai! Joy Shrila Nitaipreshthji!

Yatha Krishna Tatha Nitai!

It is stated in the Vedas:

yasya deve para bhaktir
yatha deve tatha gurau
tasyaite kathita hy arthah
prakasante mahatmanah
(Svetasvatara Upanisad 6.23)

“Only unto those great souls who have implicit faith in both the Lord and the spiritual master are all the imports of Vedic knowledge automatically revealed.”

You must be well aware of this important Vedic verse. But did you know that this verse is actually pointing towards Nitai bhakti? It is generally told that Para-bhakti is exclusively meant for the Supreme Personality of Godhead Gauranga-Krishna. However, this verse advocates that the faith and devotion which we have for Gauranga-Krishna, that same faith and devotion we should have for the spiritual master, if not more. In fact, para-bhakti must be first applied to the spiritual master and then only it can be applied to the Supreme Lord Gaur-Krishna. To such a devotee, in fact, to such a mahatma (great soul), all the imports of the Vedic knowledge are automatically revealed. Here, the word Guru is surely and primarliy applicable to the Adi Guru, the original spiritual master of all living entities, Lord Nitai. How can we have equal faith in our Guru and Krishna when don’t even have equal faith in Adi-Guru Nitai and Krishna. This is false logic. Nitai is the fountainhead of all Gurus. He cannot be bypassed.

Majority of devotees do not factually have equal faith in Nitai and Krishna. What to speak of having equal devotion! And not knowing Akhand-Guru-tattva, they directly want to have faith in their own Diksha Guru and Shiksha Guru as much as they have in Krishna. But in reality they fail to do so. This is also the reason why the real imports of Vedic knowledge do not settle in their minds and hearts. And eventually they tend to deviate from the path of devotional service because of never-ending philosophical doubts.

This verse also reveals how a Nitaibhakta can grasp the most subtle imports of the scriptures spontaneously. Since a Nitaibhakt is factually having equal faith in Nitai and Krishna, he is sure to understand all tattva quite clearly. Without even making any special effort. And he is sure to develop long lasting and factual faith in his Guru-pada-padma, the Guru-paramapara, and the process of devotional service. All his doubts will be vanquished by the extraordinary mercy of Adi-guru Nitai. This verse literally proves how a Nitaibhakta is truly a mahatma (great soul). Thus, fundamentally, yatha deve tatha gurau means yatha Krishna tatha Nitai. Thank you very much. Joy Nitai! Hare Krishna!

No Sectarianism, Stay United!

We may have different Shiksha and Diksha Gurus and that is misused as a reason for the formation of different groups and the subsequent sectarian offenses towards all those who are not in our group. However, we ALL have the SAME Chaitya and Adi Guru (Nitai). This is an even stronger reason to stay united as it makes all devotees in creation godbrothers and godsisters of each other in the absolute sense. Nitai is the Original Guru (Guru of All Gurus), Who is common to us all. Those fortunate souls who are aware of this absolute truth about Nitai will never become victims of sectarianism, the 11th Nam-Aparadh.
